a reply to an email about my poly-uni choice

exemptions and and express route were not the deciding part of my consideration. they were just bonuses to me. my main objective was to be groomed to be the best businessman in terms of marketing and as an entrepreneur. i wanted to learn to be an analyst and strategist in my personal and professional field of work.
initially, i simply wanted the best education that money could afford: an education in the US. of course, money was the problem and subsequently i was contemplating for a scholarship. however, i knew that i would have to spend half of my time there working to earn my bread, butter and returning my school fees. same goes to Australia; although i would study there for 2 years (at best), i have to pay quite a hefty sum and still work a PT job to earn my daily wages.
my goal was to be groomed as a businss leader in SMU, to work AND LEARN on my job, and not just a part-time job, specifically, to start my own business here (was really excited to learn the S'pore is the EASIEST place to start businesses from Biz Times). figured starting a biz overseas would be troublesome as I wasn't so well-integrated there as comapred to my home country.
ultimately, i figured that it doesnt matter where you study, how many exmeptions i can have or which route is the fastest. the question is: ' which school has the resources and training i can leverage on to give me the best training as a professional and personal leader; to analyse and create strategies not only for businesses but also for personal challenges?'
an intensive 1-2 year course in SIM will probably bring me to a level of a specialised business executive.
the well-rounded education from Ngee Ann poly taught me the importance of learning more than my professional field. though the task of handling less is tempting, i dare say its all a matter of time management and my absolute love of learning something new everyday.
