speaking like jesus and a NLP person

when i open my mouth to speak, these are the things i wanna acheive:

1. speak truths that bind us all (e.g. we all want to love and be loved)
2. lean on evidence and facts, not personal biased opinions/unproved gossips and rumours
3. motivate another through my personal beliefs
   
4. spread the power of positive values and modifying negative values
5. asking questions that enable me and others, not disabling and crippling them
6. getting more ideas through talking about them (1 ideas + 1 ideas = infinite ideas); less about talking about people
