a true scholar is one who continues to learn, willingly, BEYOND what is expected of him.

a loving scholar is one who uses what he learns to help others, preferably as large a scale as possible.

a scholar is one who thinks on ideas, not people.

he raises the bar on himself everyday and asks: "am i a better person today than i was yesterday?"

scholars think and act for themselves. they do not allow people and environment around them to negatively influence them. they are in control of their emotions.
